Parents' Choice is shopping site affiliated to Parent Pages Ltd.
Where possible, when items are in stock, orders taken before 16:45 are dispatched the same day by 1st class post. Any orders taken after this time are dispatched the day after.
If you have a specific request regarding the delivery day, you will need to let us know by phone or email as soon as possible after the order has been placed. We will do our best to fit in with your requirements.

The Parents' Choice team would like all our customers to be satisfied with the products they have purchased.
Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition in its unopened packaging within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from your Post Office. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
